A raw material yard for the forging industry is a crucial part of the production process, serving as the initial point where raw materials are received, stored, and prepared for use in the forging process.
Material is segregated based on type, grade & size. Furthermore, our strict tagging system ensures that there is absolutely no possibility of material mixing.
The received steel undergoes inspection in accordance with the control plan, assessing metallurgical parameters such as steel chemistry, inclusion, hardness, etc., to compare them with customer standards.
Our forging shop is equipped with advanced technology including induction heating, power presses, ring rolling and a Keller pyrometer which helps maintain precise temperatures throughout the forging process, guaranteeing optimal material properties and quality.
With an installation capacity of 100 tons, our facility is capable of handling workpiece ranging from ID 50mm to OD 190mm. In anticipation of future expansion, we've laid the groundwork to increase our capacity to 200 tons, enabling us to accommodate larger projects and extend our capabilities to include work pieces with diameters ranging from 200 to 300mm.This expansion will further enhance our capabilities, allowing us to take on larger projects an d meet the evolving needs of our customers with ease.
Our in-house facility boasts a specialized furnace for Spherodize Annealing, tailored to meet our customers' exacting demands for mechanical properties and grain structure. To ensure precision, all furnace temperatures are meticulously regulated by PID controls from Shinko Japan, enabling precise execution of heating cycles for optimal results.
Our machining shop is fully equipped with CNC turning capabilities capable of handling workpieces with a maximum outer diameter (OD) of 200 mm. Backed by skilled personnel and state-of-the-art measuring equipment, we ensure precise and accurate machining results.
At every stage of the process, thorough inspection is conducted to maintain quality standards. Additionally, after completion, 100% of the workpieces undergo comprehensive inspection, covering dimensional accuracy and visual criteria. This commitment to rigorous quality control guarantees that only products meeting our stringent standards reach our customers.
